HIIT
Interval training is a great workout if you don’t have much time. Anything such as sprinting, boxing, burpees, stair climbing or weight training can be transformed into HIIT. You simply pick an exercise, do it for a certain amount of time (around 30 seconds) with as much intensity and pace as you can while keeping form, then rest for an equal time period.

When exercising if you don’t have much time, you have to make up for it in intensity, that is a big problem with HIIT these days. People think you can just do cardio for less time and it is Interval Training. That is not the case. You must put in extreme intensity if you are going to exercise for a shorter time.
